Our Team and Training

The strength of Ember Vale lies in its people. Our dedicated Staff bring experience, compassion and professionalism to their work every day. We recognise that supporting Young People through their transition to full independence and adulthood requires specialist skills and sensitivity and we invest heavily in training and development to ensure our team are fully equipped and work with strong principles which encompass Equality and Diversity.

We are committed to excellence through a highly trained, compassionate workforce. Our Support Staff are skilled in supporting Young People with generic needs, as well as those with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and behaviours that challenge, using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and reflective practice to ensure every intervention is purposeful, respectful and empowering.

All team members complete a comprehensive induction followed by a structured professional development pathway.
