Founded by Gintare Thompson, Ember Vale was created from a simple but powerful vision: to provide compassionate, person-centred support that improves lives and helps people thrive. What began as a commitment to supporting vulnerable adults has grown into a wider mission of tackling isolation, promoting wellbeing and building stronger communities.
Today, Ember Vale delivers a range of services designed to support people at different stages of life, from adults with additional support needs to older people experiencing loneliness and social isolation.

We provide compassionate support through three core services:
Companionship & Home Support
Supporting older adults and vulnerable individuals to remain connected, active and independent through companionship visits, social outings, practical support and meaningful one-to-one relationships.
Ember Vale Community Hub
A welcoming community space dedicated to reducing loneliness and social isolation through Tea & Blooms Afternoons, wellbeing activities, bereavement support, workshops, volunteering opportunities and community events.
Supported Living
Providing safe, person-centred supported living for adults with additional support needs, helping individuals build independence, confidence and meaningful lives within their community.
