Ember Vale Supported Living provides safe, high-quality accommodation and personalised support for adults with additional support needs.

Our focus is on empowering individuals to develop life skills, increase independence, achieve personal goals and enjoy meaningful lives within their communities. We work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and support networks to create positive outcomes for every person we support.

Companionship & Home Support

Loneliness can affect physical and emotional wellbeing at any age. Our Companionship & Home Support service helps older adults remain connected, active and independent while continuing to enjoy life in the comfort of their own homes.

Our friendly team can provide:

  • Companionship visits

  • Help with light household tasks

  • Welfare checks

  • Friendly conversation and emotional support

Ember Vale Community Hub

The Ember Vale Community Hub is being developed to create a welcoming space where older people can connect, make friends and access meaningful activities that improve wellbeing and reduce social isolation.

Our vision is to create a vibrant community space offering:

  • Bingo Sessions

  • Old Movie Mornings

  • Arts & Crafts Workshops

  • Gardening Activities

  • Dementia Stimulation Sessions

  • Bereavement Support Groups

  • Counselling and “Talk to a Friend” Sessions

  • Volunteer-Led Community Activities

  • Seasonal Celebrations and Events

  • Food Bank Support for Older Residents

  • Free Companionship Visits for Those Most in Need

  • Fundraising Community Shop
