Support that grows with you:

practically, personally, purposefully.

At Ember Vale, we offer personalised, person-centred support to adults aged 18+ with individual needs who want to live as independently as possible within a safe, structured and supportive home environment. Our aim is to help residents build confidence, develop life skills and access opportunities that enhance their wellbeing and quality of life.

We focus on strengths, celebrate progress and support positive outcomes — all while encouraging choice, autonomy and community inclusion.

Understanding money is one of the most freeing things a person can do. We work through the real stuff — bank accounts, bills, budgets — in a way that makes sense and builds lasting confidence.

Housing confidence
  • Dealing with repairs and notices

  • Building confidence in real-world situations

A tenancy is a relationship as much as a contract. We help residents feel prepared for the responsibilities that come with it — so they can engage with landlords, housing officers and the real world with assurance.

Practical, step-by-step and always person-led.

Belonging matters. We support residents to build positive relationships, communicate clearly and confidently, and take part in the social life of their community — in ways that feel right for them.

Through group sessions and real-life practice, residents connect with confidence.

Our role is to open doors — and help people walk through them

How We Work

Every resident receives a tailored support plan based on their strengths, aspirations and assessed needs. These plans guide how we deliver support, with regular reviews to recognise progress and adapt goals.

We also work with families, advocates and professionals to ensure support is coordinated, consistent and centred around what matters most to each person.

Independence

Individual goals sit at the heart of every plan we build — never the other way around.

At Ember Vale, quality and safety aren't things we bolt on at the end — they shape every decision we make, from how we train our team to how we review and improve each person's support.

Quality isn't a standard we meet. It's how we work.

Community engagement

We actively support each person's right to make choices and live life on their own terms.

Safety and wellbeing
Person-centred

Participation and inclusion are woven into how we support people, not treated as extras.

Risks are reduced thoughtfully, and every practice is grounded in dignity and respect

"The people we support deserve a service that holds itself to account. We take that responsibility seriously — every day."
