Bringing People Together. Reducing Loneliness. Strengthening Community.
More than activities
The Hub will do more than bring people together under one roof. It will also help fund itself, support people facing hardship, and create real volunteering opportunities for the local community.

At Ember Vale, we believe nobody should feel alone.
Our mission: to reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing and create a stronger, more connected community for older residents.

Ember Vale Community Hub is being developed as a warm, welcoming and inclusive space for older residents across Bromley — somewhere to find friendship, take part in meaningful activities and feel genuinely part of a community.
Bromley is home to more than 58,000 residents aged 65 and over. Many live alone, have experienced bereavement, or simply have fewer opportunities to connect than they once did. We're building something to change that — and everyone is welcome.
What we will offer
Activities, connection and support — all under one roof.
From a relaxed afternoon over tea and flowers to peer support for bereavement, our programme is built around what genuinely matters to older people: being seen, being included and having somewhere to go.
