Referrals and Placements

Ember Vale welcomes referrals for Young People aged 18 and above who are ready to take their next step toward independence but would benefit from continued guidance and structure.

We work in partnership with Local Authorities, Leaving Care Teams, and Health and Social Care Professionals to ensure placements are suitable and goal-oriented.

Our referral process includes an initial assessment and an introductory meeting to understand the Young Person’s background, aspirations and support needs. We then co-develop a tailored support and transition plans with clear outcomes and timescales.

Our homes in Bexley and Bromley offer both planned and emergency placements, with flexible levels of support ranging from high-support to step-down semi-independence.

From the first day, every Young Person is welcomed into a warm, inclusive environment where they are encouraged to set personal goals and start shaping their future.
